This fee includes monthly tele-health follow ups, and prescription sent to direct pharmacy.

IF you have qualifying medical condition (BMI >30, and one comorbidity, or with obstructive sleep apnea) and you have prescription drug coverage: (please confirm with your insurance company if they cover weygovy/zepbound/ mounjaro)

We will assist with completion of a prior authorization if required ( for an additional $50.00 fee).

This fee includes monthly tele-health follow ups, and prescriptions sent to program of choice. You will then pay the pharmaceutical company directly and they will mail medications to you.

Good option for if your insurance WILL NOT cover these medications or you do not have insurance.
